It is said that an Australorp chicken holds the record for the most eggs laid by a chicken - one hen laid 364 eggs in 365 days! Not a bad effort.
They get on well with other flock members and are not known for bullying. Nor are they particularly prone to being bullied themselves due to their large size and solid stature.

We take all care when collecting, storing and packing eggs.
We send express in eggsafe polystyrene cartons. Once the eggs are handed over to Australia Post we have no control.
We cannot guarantee fertility when posted but do guarantee fertility if picked up.
No refunds will be given on posted eggs.
